Transfer market remains locked after 150+ hours of gameplay
Hi EA Support, I purchased the Ultimate Edition of FC 25 on June 27 and topped up $149.99 USD on July 3. So far, I've spent over 150 hours playing the game, mostly in Ultimate Team (UT) mode. I’ve also played other modes like Career Mode, Player Career, and Clubs in order to complete missions and earn SP. I’ve completed Season 8 and claimed all FC HUB rewards. However, I still haven’t unlocked the Transfer Market on the Web App or Companion App. I log in daily, play online, complete objectives, and haven’t violated any rules. I know the market unlock is based on account trust and activity, but I feel I’ve far exceeded the requirements. Can you please check my account status and tell me what else I need to do to unlock the Transfer Market? I’m posting this to raise a serious issue with the Ginola Training Camp Evolution. I paid 500,000 coins to start this EVO and followed the requirements properly. I’m currently on Step 2, but here’s the problem: Step 2 requires 6 days and 7 hours before it can be completed. Step 3 then unlocks and requires 6 more days. That’s a total of 12 days and 7 hours needed to fully complete the EVO. But the EVO itself expires in 11 days. This means it is physically impossible to finish the Ginola Evolution, even if I complete each step immediately as they unlock. There is no in-game way to finish it before the expiration timer hits zero. This wasn’t communicated clearly when applying the EVO, and it’s incredibly frustrating to spend half a million coins only to find out I’m time-locked out of completing it. Please fix this. Either: Extend the expiration date of the Ginola Training Camp EVO to allow enough time, or Refund the coins for players who got locked out by the time-gated step system. This feels extremely unfair, and I know I’m not the only one who’s been caught in this situation. EA — do the right thing. You’re punishing players for engaging with the content exactly how it was presented.
Season progress
Hello EA. I hope you are well. Today I completed my season progress and I tried to pick Kaka and Rafael leao and the game bugged and chose the pack instead of the players. All I'm asking is that can you please compensate me by giving me Kaka and leao but take the players I packed from the packs that were the second option. By the way my account is awsomeperson737I can't find rivals matches
Can u just give me the reward upgrade in rivals because I literally have to sit for 30 minutes just to get loaded into the least responsive gameplay of all time where i'm getting blitzkreiged in an unwinnable match. It doesn't seem very fair that I am expected to spend more and more time to get the rewards as the game's player base is objectively expected to be playing less.ELITE DV
<p>A few weeks ago — more specifically, one day after the penultimate Update 16*, at the end of the season — it seems the matchmaking system in Division Rivals on the old generation (PS4) was changed or made worse. I'm in the Elite Division and it takes me 2 to 3 hours just to find 1 or 2 matches. It's terrible.</p> <p>It feels like they added some sort of block or time restriction to prevent matching with certain players — maybe to avoid repeated games against the same opponents. This is seriously affecting casual players.</p> <p>I just want to be able to find more matches to complete the weekly wins. I’m begging: please fix this.</p>Scammed of 75,000 coins
I was checking out Trent Alexander Arnold’s evolution for 75,000 coins or 300fc points. The game started lagging delaying and glitching so I click “ O” then “X” to confirm me leaving and before I knew it a pop up comes saying “would you like to buy this evoultion?” It confirmed yes and I have lost 75,000 in game coins because the game lagged and glitched and I clicked “X” 5 seconds before the pop up came up. The game has clicked not meWorst game ever
i **bleep**ing hate this game so much. I wish all best to EA employes for christmas but this game sucks. I play since fifa 17 and rn this is worst fifa ever. Bro it is july and i dont get shapeshifter from my 86x10s and from 84x10s pack weight is **bleep**. And there is so much tryharders and you cant play game without 24/7 grind. I hope that FC26 is so much better than this **bleep** game> One again i wish all best to every worker in EA i have nothing against you but game is dead.
Lost SB Points
Was just playing a squad battles match and went to go sub in my EVO’s, and was stuck in the tactics screen. Could navigate through all the screens within the tactics screen, but could not exit back to the pause menu. I had to quit the game.. I was up 7 - nil on legendary 65 mins into the match.. and of course because of EA’s horrible programming and rules I lost out on 2600 squad battle points, 1 match for EVO’s, the objective, and the coins… you all are seriously an evil company..Game pass not working (unavailable)for 2 months straight
So this started when I started the game the second time in cloud gaming and I normally play on cloud gaming so it was a weird thing for me I give it 2 weeks to work and I even change to the Xbox one version and still it didn’t work I contacted ea support after 2 weeks and they did nothing and they said there is nothing they could do so I waited for 2 more weeks and when I reached out again they said the same thing and it was a waste of time (it took the guy 5 mint per massage to answer ) then I emailed them and they said the same thing but this time they told me to post on here hopefully I get an answer.Division Rivals-not working
Hi everyone, I’m having a strange issue in EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC. My controller (a Blue Marvo Plug & Play, detected as Xbox 360) works fine in all game modes — Kick-Off, Squad Battles, and even Online Rush Mode — but in Division Rivals, it suddenly breaks mid-match or doesn’t work at all. Here’s what I’ve tried: - Reinstalled the game - Cleared cache - Disabled Steam Input - Tried playing with keyboard (same issue — can pass (also with a weird delay), but can’t move or switch players) - Played on a different PC — controller works fine there It’s not lag-related — I have a wired connection and ~30ms ping. I also don’t get any errors, but recently the game is broken from the beginning and it eventually crashed during the Rivals match. Any help would be appreciated!
