Wrong Season Premium Reward due to Server Delay – Please Review
Dear EA Support Team, While I was claiming my Season Premium Level 25 reward, the game encountered a problem. At Level 25, there was a choice between Nunez and Marmoush. I pressed R3 to view the stats, but nothing happened. I pressed X to select Nunez, but the game did not respond. When I pressed X again, the game suddenly skipped ahead and processed the Level 30 reward instead. In the end, I received the Level 25 reward, but the Level 30 reward was automatically claimed without giving me any choice. Because of this, I ended up with Wilson instead of Mendy, which I did not want. Could you please review my account and help correct this issue? Season Pass - 500 000 coins
i worked hard yesterday in order to accumulate 500000 coins to buy the season pass. And after I accumulate. I exited my game on console and opened FC companion app. I try purchasing season pass and it gives me an error saying i am unable to purchase, but to my surprise i wake up today i have 1000 coins left and I dont have no season pass? What happened why is ea not giving me my season pass or coins back?3k 89exchanges no 99futties
I have made around 3k 89exchanges, im grinding for like 4hours everyday, companion app, web app, ps5, and i have not yet got ANY 99 futties and its week 4 already! I feel like i have some **bleep** up account or idk hkw thats even possible! I have 5friends who play fc25 and ALL OF THEM have at least one 99 futties. One of them has made somewhere between 1k-2k 89ecxhanges and the rest of them havent even done 1k! How is anything fair? I know the game is based of pack luck, but doing 3k packs and not getting a single 99 is too tiring... is something wrong with my account or what? Is there not any guarantees? Last match opponent ran straight down the middle and scored roughly 6 or 7 goals my defenders controlled by ai constantly created the gap in the middle of defence on top of that my player switch was slow player movements was slow when in for a direct slide tackle directly infront of my opponent the ball simply bounced of the player they ran forward and scored when I passed to my nearest defender from goal kick roughly my player was 9 yards away nearest opponent was 8 yards behind my player and from the pass I simply turned to pass to defender who was wide by the time I received the ball to the time it took to simply turn left and pass opponent tackled me from being 8 yards behind what kind of sprint is that and not even my fastest palyer with 99 pace can do that and I am supposed to believe fc 26 is going to be better I will cancel my pre order if this is not resolved asap my player movements are to slow my players are not sprinting fast players not shielding the ball at all passing is.sloppy and slow player switch is slow unable to shoulder challenge unable to tackle unable to slide tackle as when I perform these moves opponent is.running through my player when opponent is spam tracking on high press they can win the ball but it does not work for me spam tackle and win the ball back is something not working for me but it works for opponents I will cancel my pre order today infact the next time these issue happen I will cancel my pro order of fc 26 because this gameplay is completely a failure and its not fun my player moving like.they are on the moon that a player 10 yards behind me is able to tackle me before I simply turn 90 degrees and pass by that time it take for me to.recieve the ball turn 90 degrees and pass the opponents player 10 yards away is able to catch me and win the ball the gameplay is to slow sort it EA or I am cancelling my fc 26 pre order as you seem to not mind taking my money but the doggy servers and gameplay you are not willing to resolveJust read this and help yourself
I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve broken 3 controllers because of how unplayable this game has become. I just want to enjoy football. Players with 90+ passing ratings can’t complete basic passes. Goal kicks always favor the opponent – I can never contest them fairly. Momentum is absurdly unbalanced – it feels like the opponent starts every match 1–0 up. The game is full of bugs, broken mechanics, poor AI reactions, and unfair physics. Please fix this. This game is not just about monetization — it’s about delivering a fair, enjoyable football experience. You’re letting down the core football fans who just want to play the game we love.Evolution Energy Pack not working
Got the evo Energy pack, which gives quick step, relentless and technical, all silver, in that order. When you apply thia to a player that already has quick step+ (gold) you should end up getting relentless silver. Somehow on the preview screen it shows the player getting the quickstep silver instead, and if it top up the max 8 silver playstyles limit, you do not get the relentless…. EA, can you take a look into this?Gameplay is bad
Gameplay is still slow and my players are playing below their attributes my players are continually passing to opponents despite my players having high pass accuracy each direction I pass when opponents are high pressing and I can't make a single pass without either my players being immediately tackled and when I sheild the ball im still tackled players are that slow i am unable to dribble as my players are to slow this obviously effects the jockey aswell because when im turning or changing direction my players are moving way slower than opponents mybplayers not performing shoulder challenges as nothing is happening when I try to perform it just dies nothing so when my opponents has the ball and they run into my player instead of me winning the ball they run through my player passing is slow and sluggish and very sloppy shooting is very sloppy with my players that have high shooting accuracy why is it when I run into opponents they win the ball but when opponents run into my players instead if me winning the ball and my player standing strong opponents run through my player this is unfair its giving my opponents a unfair advantage I pre ordered fc 26 and I will cancel the pre order as this is unfair my player with high dribble are moving like a tractor with a broken wheel its to slow they don't even change direction whilst dribbling just running into opponents players and easy tackle for them my players are not sprinting fast either I can clearly see that opponents players are sprinting faster than mine no matter the if they are slower or faster rated for pace makes no difference my players cant sheild the ball att all impossible to hold up play and create passing options as my player will pass straight to opponents instead of passing to my teammates and I have spent money on packs only getting duplicates but 0 99 players or any descent 98 players im getting nothing good from packs I feel scammed honestly now if these issues don't get resolved I will cancel the pre order of fc 26
