Banned for no reason
I was banned yesterday on the basis of "coin distribution", I just bought the game on 2/28. I spent over $200 on Fifa points. The game wasn't even working correctly from the start. The players were showing up as "Not Found" and the tradable ones were not able to be sold. I woke up on 3/1 downloaded the companion app and was able to sell the players. I get online a few hours later and mid game I get banned. EA YOU MONITOR THE FIFA POINTS, WHERE AND WHEN THE PLAYERS ARE SOLD, HOW AM I GETTING BANNED FOR PLAYING THE GAME IN THE WAY ITS INTENDED. I received another email today saying my account has temporarily lost access to trade on the EA Sports Companion App. Yet I am still banned on the game, app, and webapp. So can I play the game or not EA? Banned for no reason
I have nor will i ever cheat and buy coins. I have a team full of evolutions, and yesterday i was thinking, hmm maybe i should buy Yaya Toure. boom 1 day later banned. This game is a joke, and ive spent alot of time on this, and they treat me this way. I asked for proof, what makes me guilty, what player i bought etc, only answer i get back is from a bot. My disabled brother bought coins helped by a friend and he's in trouble.
So I wake up to this Email saying the account I made for my older brother who has disability (since birth) has been banned from marketplace due to violation to ea terms. I investigated it and realised it to be true. He did that using a friend's help hoping to buy a new player (grassroots stam). I usually do his rivals and champions while all he does is squad battles. He gets angry getting crushed in online games. But gaming is his only hobby. He's smart in some areas , kinda dumb in others. His left hand is not fully controlled by his brain due to mild cerebral palsy. Now im not trying to make it look like a sad dramatic scenario. I'm used to it. But I appealed a case to ea with photos of him and also me and him trying to show his disability is even visible in photos. I asked ea to give him another chance at the marketplace. He's been really down and Im thinking about raising another team but it's gonna take me a month at least and I have work to do being 31 and all. Bottom line, ea responded they checked the matter and they made the right decision. I have no complaints. Every action has a reaction. Every mistake has a consequence. But can we for God's sake take it easy on a special child? This is the last photo of him I have. He wanted for have his own currency exchange account. And here's a photo of us as children. Has anyone here ever dealt with a special sibling before? I'm just being protective that's all. Gets me mad when Ea support does not show any compassion. Once I gave him my card details so he can buy a game on blizzard, and miraculously he gifted to an unknown player. I contacted the support explaining the situation and they reversed it for me. Now I don't have a problem if you take out the coins he's bought from his account. But please just give him a chance??? Please can we add Future Stars Academy ICON to the FS WF and SM evo?
I completed the FS Academy Icon EVO on FS Van Bommel before I had unlocked the weak foot upgrade and skill move upgrade evos, and no can't use them on my FS evo player as he has already become an FS Academy ICON. The SM and WF evos will only allow Future Start Evolution players to be used. The FS Academy ICON player type is unique to this evolution event so there is no apparent opportunity for this to be misused. 88+ Grassroot Greats glitch
I have tried to do the 88+ Grassroot Greats SBC and I have completed 2 of them using 2 strikers and there is no problem when putting them into the Gk position to submit them but with Pickett's Grassroot card it says she cant be in the Gk position as a Lb but my other 2 strikers worked in the Gk position. Grassroots Evo not applying 2 League Chem Points
Hello, I have recently evolved 88 Rio Ferdinand to a Grassroots Great Evo-Player („Strategic Shift“). Shouldn‘t he be giving 2 points towards league chemistry now? He only gives 1 point so far. I did not read anywhere that the Grassroot Greats Chem-System did not apply to Icons.
