Anyway to reverse the reward claim?
I have completed my season and ready to claim my reward at level 40, which is KDB card. Unfortunately my child accidentally claim the 90+ tradeable pack instead without my knowledge. By the time i am aware, its aldy too late. Would like to know whether there is anything EA can assist on this as that is the purpose of spending $ in premium, ie to get the KDB card at level 40 . Hello EA Team and Community, I am writing here because my EA Sports FC 25 account received a permanent ban, but I strongly believe this action was taken in error due to my account being stolen a few months ago. During that period, actions were taken on my account that I did not authorize or perform. Later, I contacted EA Live Chat support and thankfully recovered my account, but I then discovered that my account had been permanently banned. I followed the instructions and submitted a ban appeal by email, but unfortunately it was rejected without a clear explanation. I want to emphasize that I have never intentionally violated EA’s Terms of Service. The only modification I ever used was visual jersey mods in offline mode, which never affected Ultimate Team, online play, or the in-game economy. I did not use cheats, bots, or coin transfers. I have spent both time and money building my FUT 25 squad, which represents months of effort and passion. Losing everything because of actions made by someone who stole my account feels extremely unfair. I kindly ask the EA team to re-examine my case. Please verify the login history and activity logs during the period my account was compromised — it should clearly show unusual activity not matching my location or behavior. I truly love FC 25 and want to continue playing fairly. I respectfully request that my ban be reconsidered so I can return to enjoying the game I care so much about. The person who hacked my account seems to have tried using a coin glitch. I have already emailed the EA support team about this around 10 times. Hi just spent the 500,000 coins on the App for the premium pass it showed some errors and eventually the purchase went trough. But when entering again on the app it shows a lock in the objectives section. Whent to the console and no luck, as if I didnt make the purchase. The 500k are gone. Tried playing some and see if it comes up, restarting app and Phone. No luck so far. If anyone has a solution please help or where to look for it. Dear EA, On August 31 2025 at 10:35PM I have received an email from EA, It states that my personal account is involved in distributing coins, which is in violation of your esteemed company's rules. I was accused of violating the rules, even though I did not purchase any coins from the well-known stores that sell them for money. I also only have this account, which I use to log in to play, and I do not have any other accounts, unfortunately all the coins that I collected legally in the game was taken away from me more than 2 Million coins that I collected by displayed the cards that I obtained from the reward packages during the game and selling them legally on the the transaction market. You can review my record and make sure that I did not commit any violation of the rules and regulations. I have even canceled my purchase of the new game FC 26 Ultimate Edition; because of what happened to me in this game. This issue started 3 months ago. For over 3 years I have used the same internet and never had an issue. Then suddenly, I can no longer enter Ultimate Team or any online mode. It disconnects me instantly. When I take my XBOX Series X to another house with a new internet it works perfectly. I called my internet provider and they ran tests and stated there were no issues. The NAT is open, and everything seems to work fine apart from going online on EAFC 25. What can be done to get me back online? I have tried everything I can think off. Restarted modem Unplugged XBOX and internet Deleted my account and reinstalled Turned on my EA Account 2 step verification on, off, and on What can be done? I’m new to fc25, have been playing almost non stop for close to a week now and have yet to gain access to the transfer market on the companion app. I only have one ultimate team and don’t have any other accounts / users on my account so I’m not sure why I don’t have access.
