Inquiry About Possible Account Penalty or Restriction
Dear EA , I'm contacting you to ask if there are any penalties or restrictions on my FIFA Ultimate Team account. Since the beginning of the game, I haven’t received any high-value players over 1 million coins. I also consistently get outdated cards after promos, while many of my friends regularly receive top-meta players from nearly every promo. In the current FUTTIES event, for example, a few of my friends have already packed multiple 99-rated players — some worth over 4 million coins — while I’ve had no similar luck. This consistent pattern feels unusual and has made me wonder if there's an issue with my account. Could you please check if there’s any form of limitation or penalty applied to my account?
Banned from Transfer Market without violating any rule
I was banned from the transfer market 2 days ago because i was making coins by using transfer market trading. I have lodged an appeal and it is still in transferred section and there has been no communication from the EA team since 2 days. Requesting support as i am wrongfully banned.Unclaimed Expired Evolution
I put 94 Gullit into the "Spur Yourself" Evo and completed all the Stage 1 challenges, but I didn’t claim the Evo because I was waiting to see if a better option would come along. The Evo is currently inactive but still shows the “Claim” button, and it expires tomorrow. My questions are: If I don’t claim the Evo before it expires, will the game auto-claim it for me, or will he stay as his base stats? If I quicksell him while the Evo is still unclaimed, does it auto-claim before the sale? If I quicksell and recover him after the evo expires, will he be his base stats or will it claim lvl 1? Has anyone had any experiences where they had an evo expire but had completed the challenges for the given level? Did it just go away or did u have to automatically claim it and could quickselling then recovering bypass that?Only receiving normal SP during the double SP event.
Hello, so for about half of the day I was grinding objectives for my season pass and for the most part I was receiving double SP but after about half my objectives were completed I noticed I wasn’t getting double anymore. I carried on completing objectives and still received normal instead of double. Really frustrating as this has held me back at least 11 levels. Wondering if it’ll correct itself and I’ll receive all my missing SP or if it’s a bug that’s unfixable. Maybe would be nice to receive some compensation as it now looks unlikely I’ll be able to complete my season pass now that it’s not given me my SP and I’ve paid for it. Really wanted the futties Bellingham brothers and the futties VVD and Ginola :(

I have just been kicked out to the main menu halfway through 2 freindly matches in Ultimate Team with this error. I thought this was fixed for PC players yesterday? My internet is fine. Other games are fine. At this point it's a joke because current UT objectives require completing all 4 available daily Friendly Cup games to earn rewards which is made impossible by your server issues - but of course there is no talk of compensation, no relaxing of objectives and not even an apology. It's ridiculous that a multi-billion dollar company can't run adequate servers for a game that earns so much from its paying customers!
Fix the gameplay for 25
Instead of trying to sell us a new patch as 26 how about you fix the gameplay for the game people have already paid for, the fact ea never responds to these topics shows they couldn’t care less after they take our money. Fed up seeing my players intercept the ball only for it to bounce to my opponent while they intercept it and control it perfectly, I tackle and win the ball only for it to bounce back to the person I tackle, I press sprint and my players just walk, best rated goalkeeper in the game constantly saving the the shot only for it fall to the player that took the shot originally and get a tap in, running through on goal and having my players being held back but no foul giving. EA saying they’re listening to our feedback and just leaving 25 broken is pathetic, trying to sell a new game with what should be a patch for this game is just ridiculous. People work hard for their money and we’re just told to accept it.Where is my 99 rated card? Completed over 900 89 exchanges.
I’ve completed over 900 of the 89+ OVR exchanges and still haven’t received a single 99-rated player. I understand there’s an element of randomness, but after this many tries, it feels broken or rigged. Please check if the drop rates or pack logic is working correctly. This is very frustrating.
Request for Clarification – Permanent Ban on My Account
Hi EA Support, I’m writing to request further clarification regarding the permanent ban placed on my EA account, which has affected my access to Ultimate Team and other game modes. I last played Ultimate Team using this account via Xbox and more recently on PC (which I purchased around May or June 2025). In my final Weekend League session in June 2025, I reached Rank 4. However, shortly after that, I received a notification informing me that my account had been permanently banned. I have already submitted an appeal, but it was unfortunately rejected. Since then, I have not received any further updates or a detailed explanation for the ban. In addition to Ultimate Team, I also actively play in a Pro Clubs competition as part of a league. Due to this ban, I am now unable to participate in those matches, which has affected my commitment to the league and my team. I’m attaching a screenshot showing the current status of my case. I kindly ask for your help in reviewing this situation again or advising me if there is any other step I can take to resolve it. I’ve always played fairly and respectfully within the community and EA’s guidelines, so this situation is very confusing and frustrating for me. I had not bought coins online, or done any cheating behavior at all, but was banned without any reason， and I can't even appeal in the system in two days, keep failing with "Case not created" error, could you please explain why and recover my acount ASAP, thanks.
