✅[Resolved] Error occurs when trying to redeem pack
I have pack name 'card.desc.FreeGoldPack' that I can't redeem because I keep getting this error in screenshot below. This error appears on PC WEB companion APP, Mobile FC25 companion APP and in-game on Playstation 5. Screenshots are taken on PC WEB companion APP. On PC and Mobile APP when i click 'Ok' on error prompt I get automatically logged out. In-game on PS5 I get same error message and pack gets removed from Store until I logout and login again. (CM: title edited for visibility purposes) UPDATE The issues redeeming Packs from the Unassigned Items screen should be resolved for players. i’ve completed week one of weekly play 6 and it won’t let be claim the first completion even though i’ve done it. needs fixing fast. So i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. As mentioned in my Reddit posts (Post1, Post2), AI players in Clubs currently have no roles assigned, even though it appears otherwise in the "Edit Tactics" screen. When checking in-game as captain, it's clear that both AI players and our own pros have no roles — this is visible in the screenshots provided below This lack of roles causes AI players to behave erratically. They often wander aimlessly around the pitch, barely participating or contributing to gameplay, exactly as my video. As seen on the tactics screen, AI players are supposed to have roles, but in-game, the "Roles" section is completely empty. This isn't an isolated case — many players are facing the exact same issue, as evident in the post comments and multiple Reddit threads. I've reported this bug countless times since launch, yet I've received no response, no acknowledgment. This game cost me 100 dollars, and after over six months, this issue remains unresolved. No game studio that respects its community would allow a core feature like this to be broken for so long. To further illustrate the problem, I added an image of CR7's Roles tab so you can compare it directly to the AI in Clubs. Unlike CR7, Clubs AI players have no roles at all — and this severely breaks the gameplay for anyone not playing 11v11. It's frustrating and unplayable. This needs to be fixed immediately. We're 14 title updates in, and nothing has changed. Players can't even enjoy Clubs in its current state. My second post has gathered just as much attention, if not more, reporting this exact issue. It was even pinned on the Pro Clubs subreddit for more than a week, yet still — nothing. Additional Issue: EA_Aljo many players, including myself, have also noticed that tactics set in the Edit Tactics screen don't carry over into actual gameplay. Most notably, defensive depth is always reset to 39, no matter what value you set. It's becoming painfully obvious that Clubs was not tested properly before release. To ignore these bugs for months and then ban or silence players for speaking out is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Fixing this would make the Pro Clubs experience way more enjoyable and fun, but you still refuse to do it... Edit: WhiteGamer7, a popular Pro Clubs youtuber just made a video about it. I posted this a month ago and we still got no public reply or acknowledgment from EA except deleting messages and bans. The issue has been going since the beginning of the game. FIX YOUR GAME. FIFA/FC games have always been buggy messes on release. The player base gets annoyed then moves on as things are slowly patched over a year but this is genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with a new FIFA. I’ve played every game since FIFA 12 and I’ve never felt genuinely scammed out of money this way. Both in terms of bugs, but also active choices/features that are so, so, so much worse than ever. Bugs: Career Mode: Horrific Menu lag All menu items other than match-related options disappearing on matchday Random crashing requiring restart Incorrect player valuation advice I.e ‘we think this player is worth 40-60m’ - make a 55m offer, rejected outright Genuinely, absolutely, ludicrously insane looking youth players New UI is just genuinely terrible and inaccessible, not a bug, just a bad new feature No player OVR development shown on squad hub AI kit selections clash more than ever making differences between you and opposition genuinely impossible to tell. UT: Menu lag Random crashing Game disconnected 1-0 up, left in purgatory with a loading screen afterwards indefinitely while it ‘determined a winner’ that then didn’t work and no outcome decided ‘My packs’ crashing and not showing anything more often than not Genuine regression on attacking AI with forwards having seemingly none of the good positional sense they had last year. Bounces at complete random times but always favouring the countering side (both me and opponents) in incredibly contrived ways. Jockey+second man press inputs lick your defender in place indefinitely Passing power seemingly completely randomised I genuinely feel robbed. I’ve never quit playing a new release this soon. I spend 90% of my time playing career mode, and it feels legitimately pointless to build for the future (the whole point of the game mode) when I know I’ll be playing with a team of people with no chins, lips like the Rolling Stones symbol, and eyebrows like the McDonald’s logo. I feel bad for the game devs that were clearly given 15 minutes and a packet of crisps to crank this out. Whenever I try to connect to the ea servers on my account there is a text popping up saying “We can’t connect to the service you need right now. HTTP 404 error’. It’s not allowing me to go past this point so I am unable to load my game up. Hey everyone, A number of us in the community have run into a frustrating issue during the current Champions Finals objective in FC 25. The objective requires you to play 15 Champions Finals matches to earn a 1 of 5 93+ TOTS Player Pick reward — but for some players, a game-breaking problem has made this impossible to complete. During one of the 15 matches, players are randomly being kicked from the game with the error: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.” This error forfeits the match, counting it as a loss, and prevents progression toward the 15-match requirement — even if all 15 matches were attempted fairly. Important Points: There is no issue with players’ internet connections — the problem appears to be server-side, likely on EA’s end. This effectively locks players out of the 93+ Player Pick, through no fault of their own. It’s especially frustrating because the issue happens mid-match, after matchmaking, wasting time and effort. What We’re Asking: Recognition of this issue from the development/support team. Restoration of progress for affected players, or ideally, Compensation in the form of the 93+ Player Pick or equivalent rewards for those who completed 15 matches but were blocked by this server error. I decided to create a new Career Mode on EAFC 25. I was about 3–4 weeks into the season when, upon advancing to the next game, the game crashed. I received a “report problem” screen on my PS5 with error code CE-108255-1, and the option to report the incident. No matter what I try, I can’t get past that stage of the Career Mode—it just keeps crashing. So I started over with a brand-new Career Mode. This time, the crash happened again—around 4–6 weeks into the season... Troubleshooting steps I’ve tried: Created a new Career Mode – still crashes randomly after a few in-game weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game – no change. PS5 firmware is fully updated Not sure if this helps - there’s nothing unusual or custom about my Career Mode setup. I know some people create custom faces for managers or players, but I just selected a well-known manager who currently manages a League Two club, and used all basic/default settings. Just to add: I had a previous Career Mode with a different team where which was created around 4–6 months ago and never ran into this issue. It seems to have started happening after a recent update. I’ve also noticed Career Mode feeling a bit buggy since then, so I’m wondering if the latest update may have introduced this problem. Can anyone confirm if this is a known issue? Dear EA SPORTS FC Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with Training Camp Evolutions (In On Goal), where my player Glatzel was automatically deactivated. Issue Description: I was evolving Glatzel using Training Camp Evolutions (In On Goal). I was also evolving standard Evolution players Witsel and Mkhitaryan and decided to add Dumfries as an additional Evolution. However, Glatzel was automatically deactivated and I am now unable to reactivate him. I did not deactivate Glatzel myself. Bug Explanation: According to the official EA Games website (NEWS, FAQ), Training Camp Evolutions do not count towards the active Evolution limit and should be able to run alongside other Evolutions. 📌 Relevant References from EA Official Site: [From NEWS] "Training Camp Evolutions will appear alongside other Evolutions, but they function a little differently and do not count towards the active Evolutions limit." [From FAQ] "Do Training Camp Evolutions count towards my active Evo limit? No, Training Camp Evolutions do not count towards your active Evo limit. For example, you are able to have two active in-progress Evolutions at the same time as a Training Camp Evolution. EA FC 25 ZIDANE EVOLUTION ERROR I have the ultimate edition version and have played 500hours and today i get the zidane but didnt get the evolution since i´ve been playing all weeks. I did play my play off and completed all 5 matches with my Immortal Evolution player in my squad. I love the introduction of playstyles, but it can be so much better if we can add them/train players to obtain them. Playstyles are such an important aspect of the game and it is extremely disappointing that we can’t train our players to have playstyles/playstyle+. In FC24 we had the playstyle training glitch and it was one of them best features in the game (adding playstyles to any players). I played FC24 more than any other FIFA because of this glitch. I have a version of Miller Thomson (58 rated Dundee United player) that I put through the Glow Up evo. He is now 78 rated. He fits all the criteria to be put into The Cannon evo (see attached xbox player eligible.jpg). However when I select his card to preview the evo, I get an error. What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs (selecting the player to preview the evo) on Xbox Series X, I get the following error then sent back to the main Evolutions page of Ultimate Team after pressing OK: "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." (see attached 'xbox error.jpg') When the bug occurs (selecting the player to preview the evo) on the Web App, I get the following error: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." (see attached 'web app.png') On both platforms I am unable to continue evolving my 78 rated Miller Thomson card. What should be happening instead? By starting a Co-Op lobby and loading into Division Rivals, the disconnect will randomly occur within the first 1:30 of the match. It could happen after this time. The disconnect does not happen every game, but for the longest time it would occur two consecutive games after a game had been completed. Specifically, the first game would work fine, the second game would disconnect, the third game would disconnect, and the fourth game would work fine. The pattern can also be more random, but this pattern was observed at least 4 separate times. What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs, the teammate of the co-op lobby (i.e. not the leader of the lobby) will experience dropped frames and then a message stating that connection has been lost. The leader of the lobby will receive a message stating that "you have forfeited the match due to an insufficient number of players". The leader of the lobby will receive a loss and thus move backwards in Rivals progression (unless at a checkpoint). The teammate of the lobby will not receive the loss and thus remain at the most recent progression point. Ultimately, this bug makes progressing through Rivals Divisions in a co-op lobby nearly impossible. What should be happening instead? There should be no disconnect occurring. In an effort to troubleshoot, the disconnects still occurred after switching WiFi networks, restarting FC 25 in between games, and even restarting the Xbox console in some instances. The disconnects did not occur at all in paired Rush (where the same two members of the co-op lobby competed). There were no disconnects in Squad Battles with the same two members of the co-op lobby. Additionally, there were no disconnects with solo Division Rivals (non co-op). Therefore, it appears this is just impacting co-op Division Rivals.
