no rewards from Live Events in pro clubs
I haven't received any rewards from live events for two months. I contacted your support twice, I got a response that they are registering this issue with multiple players and that they will do their best to resolve the issue - I got this response a month ago. No change. It is unacceptable that some players are not receiving rewards. Unable to complete tasks - their progress is not recorded. I’ve been dealing with a problem where I don’t gain axp at all. Went from ps5 which I can no longer access to cloud streaming on a ps portal. Ea can you help please! I’ve wasted my double axp consumables thinking that would fix it. And luckily I was able to add the xp consumables which got my st build up to about 83 overall. Help please as I’m just playing the game for pretty much no reason!
Manager Career mode
I could honestly go on and on about the bugs just Manager career has, but I want to point this one out that really bugs me and affects my game. Constantly. If I were to try to sub out or even switch out my 'starters' players in the academy Rush matches the game won't let me at all. If I we're to click on let's say (ex. Player:) Gonzalez who plays in the starting line up in the academy, and swap him for (Ex. Player:) Hernandez in the bench and confirm my swapping animation thing goes away but the two players stay exactly where they were. Not only can I not swap my players but I can't swap the subs for the reserves. This one is the one that gets me the most. If I we're to play the rush games in the academy, and I forget, let's say, that it does this bug, I we're to try to sub Gonzalez for Hernandez, confirm, then try to back out my game is frozen. I can't play, I can't try to change my focus from one player to the other, nothing, frozen. I have to exit out the game then log back into manager career. Please fix this as it affects my youth players' potential a LOT. So far some players who should've been 'exiting prospects' or 'potential to be specials' are 'showing great potentials'Severe Input Lag / Button Delay in FC26 (PS5) — Especially in Career Mode
Platform: PlayStation 5 Game: EA Sports FC26 Issue Description: I'm experiencing significant input delay while playing FC26 on PS5. All button presses and controller inputs are registering with a 5–10 second delay during gameplay. This makes matches essentially unplayable, since actions (passing, shooting, defending, etc.) occur far too late to be useful. This issue is especially noticeable and severe in Career Mode, where the delay makes it very difficult to control matches properly. When it started: July 11, 2026 Frequency: Every match, every different players Game modes affected: Career Mode (primary issue) Troubleshooting already attempted: Restarted the console Checked internet connection/wired vs wireless Tested a different controller Reinstalled/updated the game Checked for PS5 system software updates Additional Details: Controller: PS5 DualSense Internet connection type: Wi-Fi Request: Please advise on a fix for this input delay issue in Career Mode, or let me know if this is a known bug affecting other PS5 users so I can watch for a patch.My FC26 clubs doesn't want to open.. please help
Hello EA support. I need help with my EA Sports FC 26 clubs profile. For about two weeks, I've been unable to access clubs. Every time I open clubs, it says checking connection and then shows the message, unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. My internet is working, and other online modes like Ultimate Team work normally. The issue only affects clubs. Before this started, I was in a club with two friends. One player was removed or left, and after that I could no longer access clubs. I think my clubs player or profile may be stuck or corrupted. I have already restarted my PS4 and restored licenses, but the problem is still there. Could you please check my clubs profile and see if it needs to be reset or repaired? I'm experiencing a DirectX crash only in the A Star Is Born game mode on PC. The match plays normally, but as soon as it ends and the game should return to the menu, EA SPORTS FC 26 crashes with a DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED error. My PC specs are: Intel Core i5-7400 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (8 GB) 16 GB DDR4 RAM Windows 11 Game installed on an SSD I've played over 30 Squad Battles matches and Rush without any crashes. The issue only happens in A Star Is Born, which means I can't complete the event or earn the rewards. Please investigate this issue, as it appears to be specific to this game mode. Hello EA, Could you please bring back the icons from past season passes to Career Mode ? Currently there is no way to obtain them and FC 27 is two months away. I know that for Ultimate Team you re-release previous cards during July and August. In 'The World's Game Update' pitch notes, you explicitly stated that Festival of Football themed ICONs and Heroes would be added to Career Mode. However, they have clearly not been implemented. Please fix this and make the past season pass icons and heroes available in Career Mode as promised ! I'm sure you have plenty of options to re-release previous content. I'm missing some icons/heroes from the season passes 1 - 4. Other players bought the game late and they are in a similar situation. We just want to enjoy the game.Unable to connect to the ea servers
Hi, I play EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5. Ultimate Team, Rivals and EA Social all work perfectly. My PlayStation Network account is linked to my EA account. I have PlayStation Plus. My internet connection is fine. The only mode that doesn't work is Clubs. When I select Clubs, it loads for a few seconds and then says: "Unable to connect to the EA servers." I can't even reach the screen to create my Pro player. Can anyone help or can EA check my Clubs profile? Thank you.Pro Clubs Format Suggestion
Hi, may I suggest some changes for EA Pro Clubs, including reverting to the old division system? My biggest issue with the current format is that, unless you’re one of the elite Pro Clubs teams, it often feels like there’s nothing meaningful to play for. My ideal Pro Clubs format would be: Bring back the old division system permanently, so teams are always competing for promotion, the league title, or to avoid relegation. Every match would have something at stake. Bring back proper cup competitions. The old cups added variety and were genuinely fun to compete in. The current themed cups, such as the “Long Range Goals Cup”, just don’t have the same appeal, and I imagine very few people actually played them. It’s surprising that both the division system and traditional cups were removed. Now, the only cups are for Rush teams. Introduce a Champions League-style competition that only clubs in the top division can qualify for, giving teams an extra incentive to reach the highest level. Add a Europa League-style competition for clubs in the divisions below, so more teams have something exciting to compete for. Finally, I’d love to see seasonal international tournaments. During years when the World Cup or European Championship takes place, run an in-game tournament where clubs represent nations by using national team kits and badges. Hello, I'm playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5. Every online mode works except Clubs. Ultimate Team, Seasons, and other online modes connect normally. When I select Clubs, after a few seconds I get the message "Unable to connect to EA servers." I have already reinstalled the game, tried WiFi and a mobile hotspot, tested two different PSN accounts, have NAT Type 2, and PS Plus is active. Clubs worked before but suddenly stopped working.
