League Tournament sabotage
Today I opened the app and my club had just started a new 4v4 league tournament, when I clicked play against the #1 player on the other club (I’m #1 in my club) it tried logging me in, but delayed about 3 times the normal times it takes to log me in a match, then said “sorry” resource download error. Then it just wasted my turns and said I had forfeited ! It did it for two of my three turns, leading me to use two turns and ZERO GOALS. I need my tries back again! It’s been over 3 weeks since the bugged Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C pack was in the shop and there has been no compensation for players who received untradable cards from the Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C pack that should‘ve been tradable which has been acknowledged by EA. My case (iOS, UID: 805047416959201280): Bought the Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C pack for 3,500 FC Points that guaranteed 113-115 OVR Festive Fixtures Player. The pack contained players which weren‘t supposed to be released at that time and were untradable although the pack was supposed to be a tradable pack. It was said here in the forum the containing week 3 players will turn tradable once they are officially released in the event which did not happen (that wasn‘t an official EA mod statement tho). I pulled: Untradable 114 OVR Viktor Gyökeres (ST) a Week 3 player not released at the time that would’ve been worth 8-9B coins if tradable at the time of his release. Forum mods mentioned the bug is resolved for new packs/rewards, but old pulls like mine remain untradable. Still no retroactive fix, coins or refund. Several more players are affected. EA_PulsarEA_BarryEA_Edu : Hoping for an update on compensation for those impacted such as refunding FC Points/Gems or crediting coin value. I face this problem in h2h matches, the opponent goalkeeper rushes in a 1v1 situation, and saves the ball with its hands, while outside the box. Hello EA team, I lost my original EA SPORTS FC Mobile account progress. My main account was 118 OVR and it was linked to Facebook. After logging in, only a new 64 OVR account appears. I already contacted EA Help, but the case says this issue is not supported by advisors. I believe my original progress is still on the server. Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]
My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history. I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account? totally unacceptable without any warning how EA can ban older user accounts from playing FC Mobile since For a very long time, I have not been doing any violence or any harassment. to the other user, please help to get my account .
