Connection problem
I can't get my account from Xbox to transfer to my pc for madden because on my Xbox series s it shows i have a 90 ovr in ultimate team and when I try to check on my pc it says I have a 0 overall and none of my players are on my account level isn't correct nothing on madden is correct with my madden on xbox and yes i can confirm that my xbo account is connect with my ea account
Sign onto servers and keep getting Disconnected! this is for everyone!
Every time I sign in everything is fine! As soon as I try to do anything other than the auction house and catalog, I get disconnected and error occurs. H2H, House Rules, Ranked. Anything. It connects for a second as I can see a user join the lobby. I’ve restarted my Xbox, my router, the game multiple times, nothings working. I NEED ANSWERS EA. This is horrendous. Nothing but issues from release. The amount of times my game has crashed and Disconnected mid game is terrible. When you guys say you’re doing maintenance, are you actually? Or are you guys just taking some time to count the money everyone has spent on It. I don’t get how can be connected online and then the minute I join it just decides nope not right now. This product isn’t holding up. Multimillion dollar company who makes millions just on the release of a game and has made in game purchases the new norm, and people still have issues just connecting, and I swear these message boards are complete and utter uselessness. I’ve posted multiple times between promos and other times, and still haven’t got a reply or a make right for them. I’m sure other people experienced the same. Invisible NFL Combine Upgrade Token Packs
I bought 3 NFL Combine Upgrade Token Fantasy packs so that I could upgrade my players today, but the packs have disappeared from my unopened packs. My Unopened packs box shows 5 before I select it, but only shows 2 when I select it, because all 3 of my Combine Upgrade Tokens packs disappeared from the list. i understand that we cannot buy any more, but I should have access to the ones that I already bought, when I contacted EA help, they recommended that I post here, since this is a general issue for anyone who bought or exchanged their tokens but not selected them yet. This issue is quickly tanking the value of the combine players…. I really hope this is fixed.
MADDEN NOT LAUNCHING
I just cant open my madden, i tried everything, unistall and delete ea files, madden 25 files, reinstall, reinstall the anticheat, update the anticheat, i tried everything, but the game load the anticheat and then close and go back to the ea app, if anyone knows how to fix it, PLEASE HELP ME!
Stadium Lighting is broken
How can this still be an issue? This is something that I would have expected 10-20 years ago, not in today's video game market. Everything has been either way over exposed, or lighting is so bright that even outdoor stadiums with full sun shine are never as bright as these are. Here is a sample of what these look like and it isn't pretty to see. How can we fix this so that we don't have to wear sunglasses to watch the game?Regular H2H NOT MUT H2H
Does anyone know why I can play online using MUT but when I try to just play the regular online H2H it says "servers can not access your request at this time"? It is VERY frustrating for me because I don't play MUT. I **bleep** playing with the regular teams. Haven't been able to access regular H2H since before Christmas. I miss playing. HELP PLEASE!Can't create new online franchises
I'm trying to start a new franchise with teambuilder. When I select "play online solo or multiplayer" and go to select the roster file, no matter which option I choose it gives me the message "You are already the commissioner of 20 leagues. Please delete one of your existing leagues before creating a new league." I am only in 2 franchises on this xbox but it still gives me this error message. I have found nothing online on how to fix it. Any ideas on how to fix it here?
