Face of The Franchise positions changing

Face of the Franchise Summarize your bug All of my builds are glitching and becoming default QB builds. I had a LB in the Super Bowl I walked away came back now he’s a 73 OVR qb in the Super Bowl playing LB. I contact support they say it’ll be fixed so I decided to make a HB. Same thing happens now it’s a 73 OVR QB. Any help. How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Face of the franchise What happens when the bug occurs? It changes my position players to a default QB and I lose all my progress What do you expect to see? Madden - Concerns around H2H Exploit and Disconnects
Dear Madden Community, We understand that lately there have been a lot of frustration and concerns around H2H Exploits and H2H Disconnects and their impacts on competitive gaming. We wanted to take a moment to address each of these issues as we have been investigating and addressing them once they were reported to our teams. H2H Exploit Issue: “Over the weekend our team deployed a server-side update addressing a H2H exploit players were using to unfairly win games. We are continuing to monitor the situation and taking action against any accounts still attempting to earn a win via cheating.” H2H Disconnect Issue: “Our team is aware that some users are experiencing issues disconnecting from online games, and we are diligently working to identify the root cause of the issue and find a solution. We will continue to keep the community updated as progress is made.” Concerns around disconnects and how that impacts Competitive Gaming: “Our competitive gaming team has dedicated members who review all competitor accounts for any malicious activity or cheating. Before any player advances to the next round their account is thoroughly vetted to ensure fair competition.” Your Madden Team.
Elite Legends Pack Makegood Update
Hey Madden Community, We have an update for you regarding an issue with Elite Legends Packs that were available in the store on Saturday, February 4th. The pack had a mistaken description in which users were guaranteed 2 89+ Legends Items. Shortly after, our team corrected this issue so that the pack properly displayed the contents users were supposed to receive. However, from 10:30 am to 11:15 am ET on Saturday, February 4th, users who were impacted will receive the following makegood for opening packs during the above window. Makegood: 2x 90+ Legends Items per Elite Legends Pack opened The makegood has begun to be sent out to affected users, please give the system up to 48 hours for it to be properly distributed prior to contacting EAHelp. Hey MUT Community! We wanted to provide you an update about makegoods for users that were affected by the present pack issues on 12/25. The content is ready and starting to deploy to impacted players. Please log-in to MUT and see your new presents! Note: Please give the system up till the end of day on Monday 1/9 to deliver your presents before you contact EA Help. For full details on the issues you can check out the forum post here. Impacted Users will receive the following: First Issue: Undervalued Presents Users who opened presents and received less value than what was intended between the 6:20pm EST and 8:10pm time frame. Because of this, affected players will receive presents containing the correct content they were supposed to receive. For example, a player who opened an Unfinished Business present, but received the lower value Legends present content will receive the correct Unfinished Business present content. Second Issue: General Present Mislabeling + Users who did not benefit from Incorrect Pack Contents For users who opened presents between 7:00am EST through 6:20 pm on 12/25 and did not open either a Blitz, TOTW, or Legends Present during the 6:20pm EST through 8:10pm window in which these packs were granting items of significantly higher value. Because of this, affected players will receive 1 XL Present. We greatly appreciate not only your feedback over the Holiday, but your patience as well. Why doesn't Madden 23 PC have the same features as current generation console?
Why doesn't Madden 23 PC have the same features as current generation console? That's it. That's the question. The same happened with Madden 22. I didn't buy Madden 22 because PC is not being treated with the same respect as consoles. I won't buy Madden 23 either. I want the fully featured PC version. There's really no honest reason to not give the PC version the same level of content. Current Generation consoles are closer to PCs as ever before. Stop porting last gen versions to PC, please.
How to report a bug in Madden NFL 23
Hey, Madden NFL Community. Thank you for taking a moment to fill out a bug report! This forum board is a valuable resource for both our Customer Support staff and Madden development team in helping identify issues unexpectedly occurring in Madden NFL 23. Prior to submitting a bug, please use the search bar and try searching for key words associated with what you're experiencing. An example of a keyword could be freezing, the actual challenge name, set name, pack name, etc. If there is an existing post on the bug you want to report, please reply to it and hit the "me too" button under the original posters message. You play the offense. We'll play the defense. Thank you ahead of time for your help posting on these forums! To help you post on the correct board and so make AHQ more effective I wanted to make this post to differentiate between what is a tech issue and what is a bug report. Examples below should be posted on the Technical Issues board Connectivity (disconnections, lag, unable to access account) Account issues, change email/password/security question etc. Account action/banned Trouble installing the game Bug Reports relate to issues that are not resolvable by yourself or our advisors and will generally require us to replicate the issue in-house, develop a fix, validate the fix to ensure the issue is resolved and does not cause any secondary problems and then provide a game update. Here are some examples: Audio Problems Crash/Freeze Exploit Gameplay It's critical to be as specific as possible when submitting a bug report. It doesn't make any sense that Next Gen is not coming to the PC for Madden 22. While not getting for the remainder of Madden 21 made some sense - not having it all for Madden 22 is inexcusable. The EA team had plenty of time to prepare to bring it to PC. Most computers capable of running Madden 21 would have no issue running the Madden 22 with the next gen abilities. So using the specs as a reason for no next gen doesn't work either. There has been no communication from EA regarding this and the PC fans deserve an answer and an explanation.
