Wrongfully banned
Yo I was wrongfully banned for allegedly “buying coins or selling coins” when in all honesty I don’t even know nor do I CARE to know how to do any of that nonsense man. I earned all my coins everything by grinding and actually doing things the right way for something like this to happen to me man.. EA you’ve screwed me and I’m sure many others in the past as well, (no doubt y’all will continue to too) but no doubt you crossed the line on this one with me yo… I always let things slide but this one yall actually Like broke my heart yo ha madden ultimate literally the only game the only hobby I got rn and for y’all to do me like this is low even for y’all. Lost access to Email linked to account with 2FA enabled
Hi there, im posting this on another account because i don't really know what else to do. Basically I have lost access to my Deceased fathers email and EA account and I don't really know where to go from here. I tried contacting EA earlier but unfortunately they said that I didn't have enough correct information to get the account back. If anyone could help me, that would be great. Auction House Limitations
I cannot post more than 1 or 2 cards at a time in the Auction House on Madden 25. I hear others are having this issue as well. I am wondering if there is a fix for this. Madden 23 Sign-in issue (Xbox Series S)
In preparation with College Football 25 coming out I went to play some Madden. I started with Madden 15 but wanted to play a newer version so with gamepass I downloaded Madden 23. After 50 minutes of waiting it was ready I happily picked up my controller and logged in only to try and play only to be told I need to sign in. “Ok well this is normal” I said to myself because this happens in Battlefront 2. I went to sign in only to be told I can’t (I’m busy and writing this fast but when I have the time I’ll see what the Error was) and something about my Xbox live and EA account. The next day I come over here and go to the Madden 23 section of forums and am told I have to sign in this doesn’t happen on the Sims or FC manger just Madden. At this point Im just going to play Madden 24 and The EA play free trial but I want to get the achievements on Madden 23 any ideas on what I’m doing wrong? Madden 23 Xbox One Version will not connect to EA servers on my Xbox Series X. I have tried a long list of steps to resolve this. Including full power reset of modem, router, and xbox. Still will not connect. I have also tried the below steps, what else can be attempted to resolve this issue? Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles) - Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check Check for updates - Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides - Open you're Xbox NAT Type - Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) - Persistent Storage Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage - Alternate Mac: Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear Select restart - In that case, would request to change Xbox privacy setting to adult to access online feature. https://support.xbox.com/en-IN/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-online-safety-and-privacy-settings-xbox-oneSolved1.1KViews1like6Comments
Account ban
How are you supposed to dispute an account ban I have submitted a dispute but I have gotten no response from anybody my account is still locked because it was hacked I was able to get the account recovered but now I cannot play any of the games that I have purchased and when I try to dispute it it says to get help through life support but I seem to not have access to life support because my account has been banned it's a little stupid trying to figure this out you would think they would make this a lot easier for people to get their accounts unbannedSolved325Views0likes1Comment

Twitch Account Connection
My only question is why can there only be one twitch account connected to my EA account at a time? I made my old twitch when I was a lot younger and lost the log in years ago T-T I just want to add my new one since I have a lot of apex twitch drops just sitting there. We see that y'all are disconnecting the serves on April 16th, & we would like to ask for the current MUT, H2H players that still play this game to extend the deadline to the end of the year (Dec 31st, or Jan 1st 2025)?
