Ranks erased
Hi team My account has been faulty for a couple months. My name is showing up blank on all rankings including tournament. I would still get my rewards but it has bothered me I cannot see my online ranking. Couple days ago, it got worse. I completed a sim tournament and finished -9. After going out the match, no stats were logged. It is in pending as if I started the match and left immediately. I have photo evidence of everything. I'm a reasonably good player that was just shy of top 100 when all my stats got magically erased. Please help me with at least an answer to this.

Attempt to contact someone, somewhere that may have an ability to fix anything. Daily Tournements are not generating a rank after completion and rewards are not generating. There is no need for tokens if no more seasons will be realesed. if there is no more support, can we get a final update to disavle seasons and do whatever else. Thanks KK
Unable to launch PGA Tour on PC
I've recently not been able to launch PGA Tour on my Windows 11 PC. When attempting to launch via the EA Play app the game briefly attempts to run, but after a few seconds the EA Play app just reappears. I've worked through all the following troubleshooting options offered by the EA Support chat, but still no luck: 1. Clear EA App Cache Action: In the EA App, click the menu (three lines) at the top left. Go to: Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache. Restart: Close and reopen the EA App. 2. Repair the Game Action: In the EA App, go to My Collection. Find PGA Tour: Click the three dots (…) on the game tile. Select: Repair. Restart: After repair, try launching the game again. 3. Run EA App as Administrator Action: Right-click the EA App shortcut. Select: Run as administrator. Try launching the game. 4. Update Windows and GPU Drivers Action: Check for Windows updates. Update: Install the latest graphics card drivers (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel). Restart: Restart your PC and try launching the game. 5. Disable Antivirus/Firewall Temporarily Action: Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall. Try launching the game. Re-enable security software after testing. 6. Perform a Clean Boot Action: Type msconfig in the Windows search bar and press Enter. Go to: Services tab > Check "Hide all Microsoft services" > Disable all. Go to: Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all startup items. Restart: Reboot your PC and try launching the game. 7. Change EA Account Avatar (Community Workaround) Action: In the EA App, click your profile (top right). Select: Edit Profile > Edit Avatar. Change: Select a different avatar and save. Restart: Close and reopen the EA App. Try launching the game. 8. Delete Game Cache or Settings Files Action: Navigate to the PGA Tour folder in Documents. Delete: Any cache or settings files (e.g., hardware settings). Restart: Try launching the game again. 9. Use Advanced Launch Options (DirectX) Action: In the EA App, find PGA Tour and click the three dots (…). Select: View Properties > Advanced Launch Options. Add: -dx11 or -dx12 in the command line. Save and try launching the game.
Daily Tournament not showing correct rank, position and no reward

Rarely (0% - 9%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look at screenshots What happens when the bug occurs? no reward and wrong rank and position What do you expect to see? fix it and give me my rewards Completed the daily Tournament All 18 - tour @ TPC Southwind on Saturday with a score of -23, which was the best ranked score but when the tournament had ended and the positions, rank and rewards are finalised on the leaderboard i was ranked 1 with -23, rank 2 was -22 but my position was given as -, rank as missed rank and no reward, I should of be Position 1, ranked winner and received 20 tickets. I have screenshot the leaderboard and the ranking to showPGA Tour bug (dualsense no reacts in the menú)
I need help sometimes when I am in the menu or in configuration in the game it gets buggy and the controller does not react and no button works. (PS5) I usually have to restart the game and that's it, but it's annoying even though it only happens once in a while.My PS5 is new a couple of months old and the controller works perfectly in the PS5 menu and in other games.... I think it's a server problem with EA.... Does it happen to anyone else?
