Ranks erased
Hi team My account has been faulty for a couple months. My name is showing up blank on all rankings including tournament. I would still get my rewards but it has bothered me I cannot see my online ranking. Couple days ago, it got worse. I completed a sim tournament and finished -9. After going out the match, no stats were logged. It is in pending as if I started the match and left immediately. I have photo evidence of everything. I'm a reasonably good player that was just shy of top 100 when all my stats got magically erased. Please help me with at least an answer to this.

Attempt to contact someone, somewhere that may have an ability to fix anything. Daily Tournements are not generating a rank after completion and rewards are not generating. There is no need for tokens if no more seasons will be realesed. if there is no more support, can we get a final update to disavle seasons and do whatever else. I need help sometimes when I am in the menu or in configuration in the game it gets buggy and the controller does not react and no button works. (PS5) I usually have to restart the game and that's it, but it's annoying even though it only happens once in a while.My PS5 is new a couple of months old and the controller works perfectly in the PS5 menu and in other games.... I think it's a server problem with EA.... Does it happen to anyone else?PGA road to the masters
I play 18 holes, it counts the GIRs right, but somehow it shows I have only played 6 holes. Last 18 it was 11. It’s making finishing weekly quests impossible. I’ve also opened rewards and not received XP even though it shows it. PS5, everything is up to date. Is there any fix?Live Service Timeline

NOT RECEIVING SKILL POINTS
So I have a glitch where when I level up I’m not receiving skill points how it happened- so I normally play on my Xbox account all was fine I played on my pc for faster gameplay + discord and since I’ve leveled up on my pc it says in my screen I should get the skill points but when I go to golfer I do not have them what have I done - I contacted EA they told me basically I have no option but to make a post on here. if anyone has any fixes please let me know asap

So, I picked up the game (PGA Tour: Road to the Masters) for pc, it ran fine on Xbox, can rarely get online, like 3 out of 20 attempts (and not just this one), An online game you can't get online with, apparently cannot get a refund, so I'm stuck with it. As it sirs right now, I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER ANYTHING from this company again. Basically they robbed me and it's my fault, not a mistake I will ever make again. Just as a point of interest, if you are making online games, don't you think server availability would kinda be a priority?
