I followed the clues and have figured out a few of the challenges. However, the link to start the challenge is no where to be found. I guess the real challenge is putting up with POGO releasing games with bugs, like the current Merge Academy SNAFU; challenge quests without a way to start the challenge, no response from POGO regarding compensation, and no response from POGO regarding when the problems will be fixed.Solitaire Home Story - Decorating page is black
the decorating page still black this is so aggravating when trying to play game can not see what decorations u want to put i love this game and play it multiple times a day but makes it hard when u can not see the decorations page please please get this fixed soonMerge Academy Issue
While playing either the classic game or the coral game, game play is constantly interrupted by a message saying progress was unable to be saved try again. Then when you go back some of your progress is missing. There seems to be a lot of problems with Merge Academy these days. Please fix!Card scramble violas diner
For the last 2 weeks I am not able to get past Level 41, when I want to play the level 3-53, where you need to score 35000 and cover 1 target level. No matter what I try to do all the clubs, spades, hearts and diamonds will not go away. I match them up with a club card let's say, all will disappear accept for 6 of them and they flash. even if I play another club card next to the flashing ones, they don't disappear. It doesn't matter whether it's a club or spade or whatever they don't disappear so I can get to the target one. It's getting very frustrating because I like this game. Thank you for any advice with this game. I feel it's a bug or technical issue.Merge Academy chest in Treasure Trove
I have written you 3 times now about how the chest did not go to the main game when I completed it. I spent $70 to complete that board due to the fact that it kept making us play the same moves over and over again. I finally get the chest but it's not in the main game to open it. Please stop putting this issue with the pottery generator it's not the same thing. Beyond frustrated with POGO!Solitaire Home Story "A Problem Repeatedly Occurred"
Solitaire Home Story has not worked for weeks! Keep getting ‘ a problem repeatedly occurred’ . What gives? In the troubleshooting you blame our devices. Not true! Other games work just fine. Matching Moments the sister to Solitaire Home Story works just fine. This is so frustrating! And yet challenges are offered left and right for this game. Almost makes me want to quit Club Pogo and not renew. Please fix this or I’ll be quitting Club Pogo. No sense paying for the yearly fee for games that don’t work.Merge Academy Blank White Screen
Merge Academy won't load, all I get is a blank white screen. Tried clearing history and cache, tried several different browsers, made sure everything was up to date, doesn't matter. EA will no doubt respond to this with their useless troubleshooting guide, and then mark it solved. My other issues with Treasure Trove not saving & the pottery wheel have been resolved. Now I have come across another glitch. I cleared a tile in Treasure Trove that issued a lvl 3 time booster for the main game, apparently it is glitched to where even after clicking it to receive it another 1 is there. I have received so many that I have created multiple lvl 5 time booster that it is filling my board & it is still generating. While I do appreciate being able to not have to wait for the cool down period for the spawn generators, it is impossible to collect any other items that I receive.
