Mahjong Sanctuary/Niles Purramid not working
It would be nice if Pogo (EA) fixed the glitches that prohibit us from playing some of these games (Pogo Slots, Mahjong Sanctuary to name 2). As club Pogo members, we are paying Pogo (EA) to have special privileges and we expect the games to be fully functional when we try to play them. I understand things will get glitches, but come on, Mahjong Sanctuary has been stuck on the stupid detective screen on level 12 for over 2 weeks now and the Pogo Slots Niles Purramid won't even load after the welcome screen. This is ridiculous and I have lost out on badges I was working on when the glitches happened, so I couldn't finish them after wasting my time playing the badges for nothing. I have an idea, how about getting your heads out of the sand and just fix the problems (or hire some programmers that actually care and know what they are doing) that many members have been complaining about before you start losing your paying members!Game Badge
Hi -- I was startng to play Clair Hart secret in the Shadows -- I have 100% completed that game or so I thought. I looked on my profile/collections to see game badges. I saw I was missing 3 -- Case # 37 -- Chapter 2, 3, & 4 -- well I looked @ Chapter #37 -- it's only 1 chapter entiltled Birthday Party. Where are these 3 chapters located ?? Mis print to another Case ??? Any ideas ??? TY 4 any/all help I receive.If you leave you'll lose your current progress.
Every game I play says this when I leave the game. When I exit the game and go back in, it goes back to before I played and I lose all my gains. For example, Farmers Merge Valley will reset to yesterday's progress and wont keep any of my current progress. Its happening with multiple games.
Lucky Cat Bingo
Lucky Cat Bingo still won't load, even after following all the steps found in the troubleshooting guide. Is anyone else having loading problems? it's been two weeks since I chose a challange for this game and found it isn't loading. Suggests anyone, besides referring me to the troubleshooting guide.
Solitaire Home Story, too many pop ups
Is there any way to stop all of the pop ups in this game? If I win any bonus of extra cards for 10 minutes, etc., by the time I get all of my "daily" chores, spin, daily bonus, etc, there is no time left on my bonus to use on the game but maybe a few hands. The treasure chest pops up every time you click on everything. It's very annoying. Please slow them down or stop them from popping up so fast and so often. Thank youMatching Moments level 1502
There are a variety of issues with level 1502. First, it freezes in the lower right quadrant. Sometimes it shows 3 matches but they remain visible. Or, it thinks I haven't cleared the level because it sees a tape measure remaining, yet it has been cleared. I have to quit the game even after I have exhausted all moves. It does not automatically acknowledge this, as normal. PC pogo user.Active stylus does not function properly in games
I have not tried all games, but games such as Merge Academy and Farm Merge, using an active stylus on iPad Pro I cannot actually move any of the items. In farm merge I can tap the box to spawn an item, can tap finished jobs, but cannot interact with items otherwise. Can’t tap a toolbox or tree, tapping the buildings doesn’t work. Using my finger works as well as using a rubber tip stylus. I switched from rubber tip to active stylus because I kept having issues with smoothness of movement and having to tap repeatedly to get something to work (like spawning items in Merge) is this a me problem? I’m very sad that this isn’t working.Challenge Screen Pops Up All the Time
Why can't Pogo or EA Sports recognize that we don't want the stupid challenge screen popping up frequently and randomly. Several times it has happened while I'm merging something in Farm Valley Merge and it screwed up my merge. It's never necessary to make that screen pop up. Who programs this crap?Black screen?
I can log in and start playing games but when the game is over and I need to go to the next level etc I get a black screen and I have to just scroll out of it and restart the game all over again. I've tried restarting turning off waiting turning back on nothing changes I have an Android cellphone, and I've never been able to play Pogo Slots since I joined Pogo two years ago.
DISGRUNTLED
I bought the chapter bundle in solitaire home for 33 gems and did not get it and Monopoly Sudoku for 2 days I spent gems on chance cards and did not get them plus it over charged me for them so I need 180 gems back from that. The games are really sucking lately. Hire some help so we pogians can have some technical repairs and have someone listen to us Very Disgruntled Fsweety2 and on here rabbitfootfern
