Help when starting fallen order game

Specific Games Crash on Startup
Every game I own that uses the EA App is bought from Steam. Out of my library of games, three of then crash on startup. Those being STAR WARS Battlefront (2015), STAR WARS Squadrons, and Battlefield 5. This is when opening the games from Steam or from the EA App. Before moving to the EA App, this was not a problem for me. With each crash a popup apears within the EA App that reads "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I have tried other supposed solutions from the forums that have been tagged as such; they have not helped. These are just the games I know of, but there could be more. I need to change the email address connected with my account. If I try to it needs to send a verification code to the email that I can no longer access. I can't find any way to contact a person and the EA Chatbot is no help and every "Help center" article just sends me back to the Chatbot. Jedi Fallen Order - Game looks too bright / saturated
I don't know how this happened. I was playing the game just fine then I hit the Alt+F3 button to bring up the Nvidia filtrers window but I do not belive I changed anything and now my game looks really over saturated and waaaaay too bright. I've looked at filters and removed any I had and not there aren't any. I've even diabled filters. I tried everything, including reinstalling the game and removing the GameUserSettings.sav but nothing works! Fallen Order: Please help - new user!
I have redeemed and installed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Hero, but I cannot get past the Select Level Menu. I select Jedi Knight, which is the second easiest option and press the space bar to select the option (as instructed in the lower right corner of the screen. The select button flashes like the game acknowledges that I have made the selection, but nothing happens. I have also used the mouse and double-clicked the selected option and nothing happens. I cannot move forward in the game. I can only press the Esc key to go back to the main menu. I am pretty frustrated. This is my first EA game and it is not working.
