Unable to make purchases
I haven’t been able to make any transactions in the game. I keep getting the same error “Transaction in progress - please restart the game to continue the transaction”. The transaction never gets completed. I’ve also reinstalled the game. But I still keep getting the same error.

When you get to day three, step five of the roommate race which is scan plants for Ants, the quest walk thru sayes do once but the actual in game step asks you to do twice! However when you try to do the step the second time round it won’t let you! Thus you are stuck and can’t proceed! Can a sim guru reply and advise please as trying to do this quest and ground to a halt with the quest clock ticking down! anyone else at this level and struggling?
“restart the game to continue the transaction”
when i try to purchase any pack, it asks me to restart the app (“restart to continue the transaction”) and when i press okay, the game automatically restarts itself, but the entire ordeal keep repeating. when restarts and i try to make a purchase, it repeats the entire process on loop, with the game automatically restarting. i have tried checking my wifi connection (which is fine), i have already tried force stopping, clearing cache, uninstalling-reinstalling, and all other troubleshooting methods but nothing seems to be working. please fix this asap.
Can’t make in app purchases
Everytime I click to purchase a pack or something in the app I get the error saying “transaction in progress please restart the game to continue the transaction” I restarted my phone and uninstall and installed the app multiple times I removed and reuploaded my debit card info on the App Store and nothing. I missed out on the “desi extravaganza” pack and the heritage pack because this glitch in the game. And many other errors and bugs occur besides that. I’m missing multiple rewards and purchased items in the game.
Issues: I can’t access my own the sims mobile
This issues has been a week in my device. I’m using 3 devices (2 android tab devices and 1 ios device) I can’t access my own game while my connection it perfectly fine. I’ve tried every step in EA help manual and It didn’t work. I’ve restart my device, restart my router Wifi, and I’ve re-install the app too. The result still same “CANNOT WORK” and this happened in everyday in every 03.00 pm - 10.00 pm and after that hours, I can be using my app and access it again like a normal but then, it happened again in time 03.00 pm until 10.00 pm. If you say it can be my connection internet, well my husband in that time still playing DOTA 2!!! it is 10000% not because my connection cuz if there is something wrong with connection my husband will be the one who be angry about it! I’ve report in EA help chat and they said there is no problem in my ID player. I’m so hopeless now, I can’t enjoy playing this game, cuz I’ve spent my own money to bought sims cash to finish every task while they give a limited time, but in meanwhile I can’t even access my own game in time. It’s so frustrating! Sweet treat showdown not giving last box reward to complete reward track
I've tried 5 times now doing the events in the sweet treat showdown to use the currency for it to claim the last box in the reward track, and it takes the currency but gives me balloons that I already received several times and it doesn't complete the reward track at all. I tried closing the game and reloading it each time. I tried completing it with different Sim characters, too. Nothing has worked and I still don't have the final rewards that I earned. Is there a way to report this bug and get a refund? I paid money for the event boost and now I can't claim the rewards from completing the event. Shouldn't I get my money back?
Sweet treat showdown glitches....again.
This is bull. I keep getting the balloons in the sweet treat showdown even though I already have all of them. And I am on my last box to get which is just sim cash.....then the showdown will be over...why the hell can't they fix their glitches in a timely manner? And if you message them from the game they tell you..you aren't and to go back in game and message them ...even though that's how you got to them in the first place. This game is getting crappy. It's embarassing for a game as successful as The Sims Mobile having such problems! I saw lot of complainings: everyone has the same issue and you still didn't care to fix it! As a big gaming company, you should be ashamed. We are stuck at a certain number of boxes and it's impossible to get the last ones because of that horrible fluffly balloons. It always takes a lot of simoleon and simcash to complete the bonus game and it's disrespectful to the gamers not fixing this bug (it's taking too long, as you can see!!!!). Hope to get my prize or at least a compensation for damages. Ridicolous!
Sweet treat showdown glitch
Please help. I keep getting repeat balloon prizes. I have spent 60 sim cash because I have played 2 challenges trying to unlock the last box and it keeps giving me balloons. Can I please be refunded my sims cash, enough cookies for the last prize and the glitch to be fixed so I can unlock the last box? Thank you
Sweet Treat ShowDown glitch
So when I was playing the STSD (sweet treat showdown) with my sim Arabella Brooks, one of the “professional chef sims” was not showing in the quick video shortcut (the one where one of the “professional chef sims” does silly faces at your sim and then your sim gets angry.). Could the developer of EA games fix this?This is crap...
Probably you have already seen but for newcomers: this freakkkking bug on the last special bonus event (the one with the cupcakes). It's truly unspeakable, i have only one item missing and for the twelfth time i get these **bleep** fluffy love balloons istead of the only item i am missing...and it's been three days since i noticed the bug and still no fixes?! This is crap...

Here is the problem, app said that no connection but my connection its completely safe because my husband in same WIFI playing dota 2 and I can’t open this app, I relogin/forceclose and open it again and here we go again. I completed the Sweet Treat Showdown and currently about to complete the Bonus Sweet Treat Showdown aka the Bonus Puppy Love. I have 2 Sweet Treat Boxes left, however, everytime I go to buy the last two, I receive the Fluffy Love Balloons. I received 15 of them so far.. and it keeps telling me I have 2 boxes left. Seems like there's a glitch preventing me from winning the Bonus prize. Seems like a common issue considering the other posts.sts bonus puppy love glitch
as many others, i am having a glitch where i am on the last box of the bonus round of the sweet treat showdown and all i keep getting is the fluffy love balloons. i’m up to 14? 15? now and it is truly starting to frustrate me, especially since i have spent a thousands of coins and hundreds of (in game) dollars just to get the last box. has anyone found a solution yet or know how to contact EA directly? thanks in advance.Party glitch
I stopped playing this game a good while ago because after I had a party it got stuck in a forever loop, everyday I would have a notification in the party tap to collect my rewards (they were nothing) and the timer would automatically reset..I downloaded it again after years and this is still the issue I've not been able to throw a party because of this... is there anything I can do?HELP TO FOLLOW UP ON MY REPORT OF NOT RECEIVING A REWARD
I want to ask, I just bought an event package for Rp. 48,000 and the payment was successful, but when I entered the game I didn't get any rewards from the event. Please help me to follow up on my report, I have also emailed EA but there has been no response. That is my proof of purchase and my game account that did not get the reward.
