Before posting below, check to make sure your sound card (internal or external) has the latest driver for it installed.

Right-click on the game in Origin and select "Repair."
As others have mentioned, try switching around the sound type in your sound settings (Stereo, 7.1, 5.1 to see which audio setting gives you the best results)
We're seeing some of those steps work for others so hopefully it does for you.
We'll want to gather some more information around this so we can have the team investigate. Please only reply back with the following information:
- Attach a DxDiag
- Headset or speakers you are using and how is it plugged in? (USB/Audio port)
- Internal/External sound card? (If external what is the brand?)

- Description the type of sound issue and when you are experiencing it:
