Re: No ban history

@EA_Aljo Its kinda hard to believe this since thousands of people are getting the same issues and "Tos Team" aka Nobody just ignores the request and simply cleans their hands by not giving any information what so ever. And as we can see here, you guys don't care either. Kinda sad to see how low you guys go.

    Your situation is different. You just need to contact an advisor and they should be able to help with this.

  • There is a serious issue with the ToS team, I recently got banned too, I have no ban history mind you and I have been accused of cheating in Apex. We are not the only ones going through this, I have seen tons of people on Twitter dealing with the same stuff we are dealing with as well, even Twitch streamers with proof and evidence for their account. I have spent so much time and money on my account and the next thing you know I get banned, it's actually crazy to think about. I know for a fact I haven't cheated in the game and I never will but for some reason, my disputes have gotten denied 3 times and they say through email that they have done all investigations on my account. If they did all investigations on my account then they would know I haven't been cheating. Someone really needs to look deep into this. There is no way the ToS team is actually looking through people's accounts.

    Got My account Banned for cheating more than 7 months ago, appealed like 10 times already, the same Bot response.

    While they will use a canned response, a real person is investigating your account and sending that response. If they can't find any evidence showing the ban was in error, it won't be lifted.

  • With all due respect, that is NOT true as i know myself that I didn't do anything wrong, I have tried to bring all my evidence to prove my innocence and still getting the canned response which makes it look like a bot. 

    I believe the guy who created the post is in the same situation as I am right now. 

    I asked the Term Of Service for further details on the ban so I can understand what I did "wrong", and they replied in the first mails that they cannot provide such information.

    When you get pushed to the corner like it's only logical to assume that they are not investigating properly what so ever and they don't care about people with legitimate issues.

    The bottom line is there's no one to talk to. 

    That is why I have to investigate myself and try to find the cause of the ban from my end.

    Same here , my account got hacked and bannend after , did all the security upgrades possible ect. Showed them many times that i was not at home at the time the ban was handed out for action taking on my account. Still same response every day, wont lift the ban, no matter how i proof that it was not my they dont care 

  • Never had any issues with ea , love apex ! and im just kinda sad that it gets handlet like that ! banned me for harrasment , but im perma mutet in game so i dont here people flame me and the other way arround , and ive i play in a good team i unmute myself. Dont think u guys rly look into what people say on this game , theres a reason why some people perma mute , because u just cant listen to all that stuff. And like what more shoud i do then u show u guys a receipe from a restaurant where ive been at the excat time the ban was hannded out - harrasment happend. HOW SHOUD I DO THAT °° =?

  • They don't actually investigate if they did they would have been able to figure out why none of our bans appear in ban history. OR they would at least tell me what my account was banned for as opposed to closing the case with no correspondence with me whatsoever.

You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They should be able to help with this.

  • @EA_Aljo Not me if teams use real people .them can check new my prove but no when i send case or eahelp create new case to me,them just auto email to me all time.why team work fault don’t fix it.i don’t break any rule now my hwid can play.wrong ban is real.

    I can't help with the ban on your account. You'll need to submit a dispute using the instructions here. If you've already done this 3 times and they still will not lift the ban, it means they did not find any evidence that the ban was applied by mistake.

    dude same here, been contacting the ToS team and all i get is the same responce, i can play casual but anything else such as ranked or anything new, banned.I look at my ban history and even asked for reason and im just givin a responce saying they cannot disclose the issue or just no response. Dont even know what to do, showed proof im innocent, had a person in live chat say that they would help me figure it out and when i sent the issue and appeal, instantly got a BOT responce. dont even know how 10 minutes after appealing they could check all issues and look over my report. ive tried to appeal multiple times, spent so much time and money in a game and it just feels like they dont care aslong as it doesnt affect them. This isnt me trying to say the ToS arent doing anything or suck, its just that i feel like im getting overlooked and just givin a response to make me leave. just if anyone knows anthing, let me know.

  • I have the same issued but my account was hacked and then banned why do I should pay for the sins of other person?

    Reading this thread and seeing the insane changes they did to Ranked I'm starting to question if I'm going to continue to play Apex Legends.  It looks like the game is falling apart at the seams and just getting worse.  It also looks like the decision makers are way off base with the direction of this game.
