- @EA_QueenBee Hi, I am also facing the same issue "All buttons except play and Club are greyed out, And I only have access to "starter legends" and no skins. How can I fix?"
Can you please let me know the fix, i am fed up mailing EA help and not recieving any fix for it. Its been more than 20 days now i am facing this issue - @EA_QueenBee Yes please

This is an issue we're currently tracking that tends to appear when unlinking an account. While there is a disclaimer when unlinking an account, you can find some additional details below as well.
Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account
Do you play Apex?
If you unlink a platform account that you use to play Apex Legends, you may have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.
Instead of unlinking and relinking a platform account you play Apex on, it may be better to start fresh on a new account.
In some cases you're able to get this back to normal by re-linking the original accounts. If you're unable to do this directly, you can try contacting support for assistance.
