Dx12 Still having problems and low fps issues recently

Apex Keeps having wide issues with DX12 and I'm fed up of it with higher latency, low fps and laggy and choppy gameplay the fps recently has drop significantly to the point I'm under 200 fps when playing at 240fps with a 240hz monitor its around 160 to 180 making my gameplay unsmooth and sluggish which I had no problems with when using DX11 but DX12 needs to be looked into more since its not using my hardware properly and efficiently as it should be like DX11 this was never a problem with DX12 a couple months back it had the same performance outcome as DX11 but ever since after split 1 of season 22 DX12 has never been the same for me when split 2 came around thats when the problems started to occur then with the removal of DX11 its just been so frustrating playing this game with the multiple issues ive had I would like you guys to be able to add DX11 back for people who want to use it like Fortnite because they allow players to choose what's best for their system but call it legacy DX11 or something like that showing that your not updating it anymore
