Re: Accounts are falsely banned and cannot be resolved

I have unfortunately been affected with the exact same thing in the exact same circumstances that everyone else is stating. For me this happened on the 5th, no email, no history and it happened while I was offline. I unluckily did not see the thing about not appealing 3 times so I'm concerned this may have affected my chances at potentially getting unbanned but I think quite a few people, if not the majority would have also done 3 or more appeals out of desperation. I initially thought I was just an unlucky isolated case but like a lot of you I have come from the reddit post with newfound validation that this is indeed a bug that is for whatever reason handing out false bans. It would be nice to hear some clarification from someone at EA or a dev at Respawn regarding the matter because I think the only real form of legitimate confirmation that this is a thing is the singular message that Mande got as a DM from one of the devs. I really hope that this issue is sorted out in a way that helps everyone affected.
