Thank you for the picture. Just a couple questions here that I can help relay to the team.
When you select it I assume there is nothing to install, correct?
Also, it shows you are on the internal drive. Do you happen to have an external hard drive attached to the console? Correct, it says “no dload needed” I’m assuming because it’s content delivered in game.
on the drive, no, no external.

Thank you. Wanted to double-check and see if the game was on a different drive and the pre-order confirmation was saved to the other drive. You confirmed that's not the case, much appreciated!
We're still looking into this and will update the post when we find out where the team is on the status of this. Thanks for waiting patiently on the sideline. I'm in the same boat. I'm on PS5 and my ID is SirPhin. Multiple cases opened with support and they are useless. They just say the are aware of the situation and to keep an eye on social media. Yet there has not been any acknowledgement on socials that there even is an issue. I'm losing the value in this pack every hour. I've power cycled multiple times. Played solo's, H2H etc. trying to trigger that pack to no avail.
Please help.

Got the DM's from those that sent the info I requested, thank you for the help! Passed those along to our teams here to take a look at them to determine what is causing this.

- @UP16 Do you have DMs enabled? You also may need to create a post, give XP, or reply to a thread before unlocking the option to DM.

Hey I have had the same problem, I play madden 22 Xbox 1 edition on my series s. I preordered the game a few days ago and have still not revived my pack. My gamertag is PinkGlizzy#2068

I have also not revived my 99 pack after I preordered the game . I play on PC ( if that is a problem) but on the EA app. My EA username is Frosty_Twins. Thank you in advance

- @EA_Blueberry I was just on a chat with an ea support tech and gave him all the information required proof of purchase with dates and everything and he would not accept them. I am quite angry as I spent the last hour getting the info he asked for only for him to tell me it was not enough
