4000 hours, 4 heirlooms lost, Banned for Hateful Conduct, permanent?

Hey, I got my third ban. Is it permanent? Every single reply to my three appeals has ignored the question where I'm asking whether the ban is permanent or not, so I can only assume it's not a real person even looking at these appeals.

I believe my first ban was for having typed the r-word, my second ban was for having typed "idiot" and the third and final one was from when I mashed my keyboard and the end result looked like one of the previous words "retarcdd".

I agreed to the terms of service yadda yadda but really? I have 4000 hours in this game, lost a total of four heirlooms and all completed battlepass content since season 4. I always try my best, never throw games and paid hundreds of dollars to support the developers of my favorite game only to be presumably permanently banned for three words of which the last is gibberish. Sorry to whoever I upset with my keyboard mashing, I didn't really mean anything by it.

After my first ban I tried to actually unbind my chat so it never happens again but for some reason Apex rebinds the chat key upon death, which is like the worst time for it to be accessible. In my appeals I also asked if it's possible to permanently mute me instead of banning me, but that never got a reply either so that's another reason for me to believe that none of my appeals are being looked at by a real person.

    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    I already did and this was the response:

    "Hello,

    We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

    Please do not expect further responses on this matter.

    EA Terms of Service"

    If our TOS team, after multiple investigations can find not evidence to overturn your ban @VRChatCybersegs then there is nothing we can do to change this.

  • @EA_Darko Anyone looking into this could answer my two questions if they were human:
    Is the ban permanent and is it possible to be permanently muted instead of banned if the reason behind my bans is text chat?

    Reply to my fourth appeal was identical to my third which I posted earlier, none of the questions were answered

    If our TOS team has denied your appeals then there is no one who can change this.
