Account banned and I don’t know why new account please help

Hello my name is Travis I had my account banned and I don’t know why I made a ea account on march 5th of 2024 to play need for speed unbound played through some of the story turned off my Xbox and went to bed the following morning I get a email from fraud and player security saying that I was banned for violating terms of service and user agreement I don’t know how that could of happened I just had opened the account the other day I have submitted 2 cases to dispute this matter both being declined and I’m not sure what to do at this point it really hurts cause I enjoy ea games I grew up playing ea games I’ve spent in game money and bought the game I did nothing wrong is there anyone that can please help me thank you

    I honestly don’t know what to do at this point I’m extremely sad and stressed about it this is a new ea account I just made last Tuesday then get banned on Wednesday morning it really hurts I love ea games all I did was play some of the story mode on need for speed unbound then I get a email from fraud and security the very next day I honestly didn’t do anything wrong I can prove who I am I really need some help with this please

    The terms of service team didn’t even ask me any questions just a email with their decision on the case if I got banned cause of fraud I can quickly prove that they made a mistake what kind of investigation is it if I can’t prove myself innocent

    You can submit a new appeal if you have any information to share. The team will always ensure the sanction was correctly issued.

    Thank you for responding to me ea_pulsar I really do appreciate it cause I do feel like I hit a dead end and by you responding gives me a bit of hope I do have a question for you  fraud and security ban what does that mean exactly? Does it mean that ea thinks I’m using someone else’s name to play there games and is that why I was banned I’m asking because I am going to submit another case and I want to provide all the information needed to have this ban overturned I did have this problem before on need for speed heat like a year or two ago on PlayStation when I had a ps4 and they did unban me but since then I have stopped gaming a couple of times now just recently picking up a Xbox on Christmas to start gaming again I no longer have access to my other ea accounts that are not banned starting a new profile on Xbox

    Hi my name is stein. And I've had my account banned also . I have no idea why or whats goin on.  I bought 3 need for speed titles I've yet to play since. I  usually play gran turismo but I'm taking up space on my console for games I can't even play..is this normal EA behavior?
