account banned for no reason
on November 16th I was mid game with a friend and all of a sudden I got banned, I thought i t was a minor kick but it turned out to be banned. I've got over 1000 hours on a game, I've spent a good amount of money on cosmetics for it and I just get banned like that with no reason while cheaters play as they please. every time I appeal I get brushed off and every time I ask to give evidence of my not cheating or violating any rules I get brushed off and rejected the appeal. my country was recently hit with many cyber attacks and some of my differbt accounts on different games were getting fishy activities that led me to be concerned that it might be a hack attempt but still Live chat also auto-answers me and nobody was trying to help get my account back. and until today I'm still trying to see what I can do to get my account back but nobody from EA even tried to help. PLEASE ANYBODY HELP ME!
