SPQR0278005 If you play the game through Steam, then that would be why as your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, (not on your Steam Account).

9r03d10naxg When was the last time you had logged into the game?
Only asking because back in October of 2023, Cross Progression was being rolled out to players until around April/May of 2024, and accounts that were banned, (or was previously banned), weren't included in the Cross Progression merge, (and I think inactive accounts were also excluded, however I'm not sure if inactive accounts were excluded or not).
The last login was in July 2023. After logging in recently, the account data was cleared

9r03d10naxg Sadly, I'm not able to assist directly with player's accounts, and if your Apex progress and data is still missing, (even if you had relinked your platform accounts), then it may be gone as your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account.
You can try contacting EA Support, (however, there is a chance that they might not be able to help as well).
