Account under suspension over 150+ hours for a 72 hour suspension!

I received an email from EA about 7 days ago stating that i had violated an EA policy of chatting  and that my account was to be suspended for the next 72 hours effective immediately..
After 7 days which is 150+ hours.. I am still not able to log into my account and Locked out of the account completely.. this incident happened when i was playing Apex Legends... I have several other games on this account and I would really like to play my other games... I have not received a proper reply from creating those cases as most of the time replies are either " we will get back to you" or " we have taken proper action and will not be revoking our decision"..  I am not disputing that your action was wrong.. but at least remove the suspension once 72 hours have passed by.. please look into this matter and do not tell me to make another case cause i have made 6 other cases and every time they don't understand that it has been over 72 hours and I'm contacting for just asking why my account is still under suspension but no correct response is given.. Please dont forward me to a page saying how to create a case and please do help me. I tried Everything and even on Twitter no proper response was given .. so PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER KINDLY.. and I apologize for anything i would have done.

    Hi @TmpsT_NightHuntr

I'm not sure why your account lock would still be in place if you received only a 72hour timeout. Please get in touch with our Terms of Service team asap by filling out the webform. They are the only team who'll be able to look into that for you and correct it if it's been mistakenly placed.

Here’s how to generate the webform for Terms of Service:

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any additional details.
      • For example, it might ask you if you are playing the game through an EA Play membership.
    6. Click Select contact option at the bottom of the screen.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you haven’t already.
    8. Fill out the attached webform to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.

In the EA Help article, they shared some tips to include in the case description of the webform, like:

    EA Help wrote:
    • Your username.
      • This is your EA ID, PlayStation™Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag, EA mobile game-specific User ID, or game-specific username.
      • Your Answers HQ username is the same as your EA ID, but your username for a game-specific forum, like The Sims, can be different. Make sure you give us your username and the specific forum and what language it’s in when you reach out to us.
      • Need help finding your mobile User ID? Learn how to find your ID for the mobile games you play.
    • Email address that's on your banned or suspended EA Account.
      • If you're playing a mobile game, your email address may not be linked to it. Email us using an email address that's linked to an EA Account so you can get more information.
    • Detailed info that includes any error or notification messages that you saw.
      • Tell us what’s going on and why we need to take another look at the action that we took on your account.

For more information on how bans and suspensions work, please check out this EA Help article: How EA bans and suspensions work.

    Hi @TmpsT_NightHuntr,

We are not equipped to look into this cases from the forum. These are only handled by the Terms of Service team. If you've been in contact with them and they've replied, there is nothing further I can add.
