all party members must reach level 10 error

everytime I can play 1 ranked game and then when I want to queue up again it says all party members must reach level 10 and I am level 200+. Also before that I am trying to connect to lobby and I hav...

What happens if you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC before launching Apex Legends? If there's anything else running in the background that could be blocking the connection that might help to get around it. 

You can find more information on how to set up a Clean Boot over at the EA Help website. Please let me know how that goes once you're able to give it a shot. Thanks!
