BAN RECORD
My account was banned due to remote login by a hacker, but my EA Help shows "no ban record." I have no way to appeal and cannot log in to the game.

WxKUAN Sorry, hacked accounts cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact EA Support to recover your EA Account.
As for the EA Account ban, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team to appeal the EA Account ban as that also cannot be handled on the forums.
