I'm still having this issue and have no idea what to do. Tried filing a support ticket and got re-routed to yet another forum suggesting things I've already tried. About ready to just delete the game out of my steam, and give up, because wtf am I supposed to do. The game boots me and says I'm not running the anti cheat, even though I deleted and re-downloaded all the game files and checked them for their integrity. very annoying.
