Apex Account lost?

So i have a little problem. My Account got hacked and the connection betwen my EA account and Steam got disconected. I got my Account back and connected it again with my steam account but now i lost my "real" account where i had all my lvl, skins and everything. Im now lvl 1 again and have to start over? is it possible to get my real account back ?
