Apex is freezing my computer's screen

Hi, I've been having issues to play with my laptop.

When I initialize the game for a few seconds it's loding until the screen freezes, even though I can still hear the game and if I click with my mouse I can hear the game clicking but I see nothin else than the game's loading screen frozen, I can't even ctrl+alt+supr because it's frozen. I've tried other stuff in forums like changing to open it in window, fixing network things, and even reinstall the game first with EA, then with Steam but I'm still having the same issue, can someone please help me.
