My Battle Pass purchased in the EA app hasn't been credited for over 24 hours?

I purchased the "Apex Legends™ - Ultra Battle Pass (Stage 2)" pack in the EA app on October 25, 2025, at 1:30 PM GMT. My EA account dashboard says the transaction is still "processing." "We are processing the items in your order". Has anyone else experienced this, and is this normal? It usually happens much faster.
