APEX COIN NOT RECIVED

On Sunday I bought an Apex coin on the SEAGM web, after I got the code then I entered the code then exchanged it. After I checked on my Apex legend, the coin hasn't entered at all,
I beg for your help, all my data is complete for proof

Wanted to drop info on coins not being received.
Anytime coins are purchased, the system has a 24-hour processing time which means they may not always be received right away. Playing more games is the fastest way to get these to sync up.
If you are on a console and playing on the current gen, you can log into one of the previous gen consoles and play a match and this helps sync them up.
If you are on a PC and you play through Steam, for example, you can log into the EA App and sync up. If it goes past 24 hours you will need to reach out live support so that they can take a look at the account. More info on this can be located here.You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
