APEX COIN NOT RECIVED

Hello EA support

On Sunday I bought an Apex coin on the SEAGM web, after I got the code then I entered the code then exchanged it. After I checked on my Apex legend, the coin hasn't entered at all,
I beg for your help, all my data is complete for proof

  • Hey everyone,

    Wanted to drop info on coins not being received.

    Anytime coins are purchased, the system has a 24-hour processing time which means they may not always be received right away. Playing more games is the fastest way to get these to sync up.

    If you are on a console and playing on the current gen, you can log into one of the previous gen consoles and play a match and this helps sync them up.

    If you are on a PC and you play through Steam, for example, you can log into the EA App and sync up. If it goes past 24 hours you will need to reach out live support so that they can take a look at the account. More info on this can be located here.

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:

    Select the game or EA App

    Then select Platform

    Manage my Account

    Chose the appropriate option

    Hey @djohan2911,

    What platform do you play Apex on? And where did you redeem the code? Was it the same platform you play on?

    I play apex on the Steam platform, then to exchange the code I use the EA website with the same email between my EA and STEAM accounts

    but it's been 3 days my apex coin hasn't entered

    @djohan2911,

    Have you tried starting the game via the EA app? If it was a Steam code it should immediately go into your account, but if it was a code for EA then you'll need to start the game via the app in order to get your coins. It's a bit of a weird quirk, but it should get you the points you're owed.

    @EA_QueenBee

    I'm having the same problem too. I bought apex coins via EA app. But I'm playing the game from Steam. That's why it wasn't uploaded to my account. It may take too long for me to reinstall the game with the EA app. Because my download speed is bad. Is there any other method?

    Thank you.

    Hey @JRBaqqal,

    Unfortunately logging in to Apex via the EA app is the only way to get those coins. I understand that it's not ideal, but it's the only solution I can recommend.

    Hey @OftenDown,

    It's never a good idea to do a charge back as this can get your account banned. As I've already recommended you do on the Dutch boards, if you haven't received the Apex coins that you bought (And you bought them via the same platform that you play on), if it's been over 24 hours you need to reach out to our live support team:

    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    They can take a look for you and make sure that you get the coins you're owed.
