Hello customer service, I am a Chinese APEX player and my account has not used any assistive software or any improper gifts. However, my account was banned today without any email prompts or reasons. It may be due to my frequent switching of game acceleration nodes. Please help me investigate the situation and unblock my account as soon as possible. I really like this game and have very little leisure time. Please help me unblock it as soon as possible. Thank you
