I didn't see anything in the Diagnostics that points to a likely culprit, unfortunately. What happens if you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Apex Legends? Does that have any effect at all?
If there's something else running that could be causing these crashes a Clean Boot may help get around it. For more info on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still seeing any crashes happening afterward.

Not completely sure, though it's a new install of windows so only the essentials are on the PC at the moment, no bloatware or other intensive programs, just discord and chrome, really.
I've actually been trying out a new setting that has potentially fixed this problem - I've been running r5apex.exe in compatibility mode for Windows 7. Since using this change to the properties I haven't experienced a CTD. I'll monitor for the next few days and come back to you if that is the solution/workaround.
