Apex Legends account reset

 

My Apex Legends account has been reset. all levels and purchased skins have been lost. what should i do?

  • I am also going through the same situation. Level reset, characters also disappeared.

    When was the last time you logged into Apex?

    The issue that took place yesterday has been resolved, so if this just occurred within the past day please restart and try again, then let us know in this thread if you're still having trouble.

    If you're still seeing the issue at that point please also let us know there which platform(s) you play on so we can pass along the information, as we've otherwise seen this be resolved for everyone from yesterday's issue. Thanks!
