Apex Legends account reset

My Apex Legends account has been reset. all levels and purchased skins have been lost. what should i do? [CM - Edited title for CAPS]

Sorry for the concern here! It looks like your account was affected by an issue that occurred back on April 2nd, but we should be able to get that fixed up.
