Apex Microphone Issues (only loading screen and some seconds ingame)

Hey all, 

I already searched and tried the solutions suggested in the forum. But nothing works. 

Let me phrase my problem:

During the loading screen and maximum the first 60 seconds ingame I have major microphone issues. 
My teammates told me, its basically very poor quality or they can't hear me at all (too quite).

This is my setup: 
1. I tested with Discord and Teamspeak (it seems that the issue is stronger using Discord)
2. I use a 3.5mm jack microphone (MMX300) + Soundblaster Z sound card
3. Windows setup seems to be correct
4. I tested playing via Steam and also via Origin Launcher (no difference)
5. Tabbing out of the game the issue is gone immediately. Tabbing in again -> issue is back
6. Also tried the onboard 3.5mm jack, no difference
7. I had the same setup in a different computer -> worked - but its 6 months ago I played apex it. 

Any idea? I think I tried mostly everyhing that came to my mind ☹️

    @1337jimpanse make sure the volume of the microphone is all the way up in the windows sound controll panel.. you might need to lower the threshold setting in steam settings (friends panel->little gear icon->speech) or also in game in apex sound settings
