Apex randomly shuts down, can't get past the main menu!

ive been playing apex for several years, now ive been playing on a new machine. after two months of normal playing without problem. the game just randomly started shutting down during gameplay. and now after the latest crash i cant seem to even get into the main menu. apex just keeps loading. overheating is an issue

Lot of errors and issues there @Sovafil so the best thing to do is go ahead and run System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-o...

If the issue continues please make a new Windows Admin account and try there.

no error message ever poppped. sometimes it fully shuts down and other times it freezes and i have to shut it down
