I tried everything else so i called my sister to borrow and just try to see if i could launch the game. It worked.
If the case was that i got banned it should atleast say so haha

Since they coudnt find any problem with my account i just dont know what to do.

I've been in chat to an EA advisor for the past hour, no progress on the issue. Exactly the same problems as previously mentioned. Created a new account and the game loaded fine, tried my main on my friends pc, it crashed. It's 100% an account issue.
- 5 years ago@Twinnedfish92 Exact same issue. been with EA support for hours. No fix. tried everything so far. It's definitely something to do with the account itself, but they say there's nothing wrong with my account

Any update on this topic?
I have the same issue since season 6 apparently. I thought it was some software/hardware issue, but luckily i found this topic, and tried to create a new account and it works with that.
So what the hell? What happened to my account?:S
