How can I fix this problem when launching the game on my PC? And what is it anyway?

You need to enter the BIOS and enable Secure Boot. If you don't know how, search online for (how to activate 'your motherboard model' Secure Boot) and watch a video
000674700 Like what FutureLight31 had said, you would need to enable Secure Boot through your PC's BIOS, (which I also recommend searching up how to do so with your PC's motherboard).
