Apex wont launch on my account, but will with another.

So, since the update i cant start apex. I start apex, it goes to eac loading screen and then to the first loading screen then just crash with no error. I tried another account and with that acc...

@EA_Barry Talked with support with no succes.
Since they coudnt find any problem with my account i just dont know what to do.
I cleared all cache files i could find, still same *.

I've been in chat to an EA advisor for the past hour, no progress on the issue. Exactly the same problems as previously mentioned. Created a new account and the game loaded fine, tried my main on my friends pc, it crashed. It's 100% an account issue.

@Twinnedfish92 Exact same issue. been with EA support for hours. No fix. tried everything so far. It's definitely something to do with the account itself, but they say there's nothing wrong with my account
