Banned account, no notice, nothing in ban history, EA support is useless
Lets try this again. Banned account, no notice, no information sent. EA support cannot locate anything wrong with my account. Nothing in ban history. Need actual help. Ban occurred after another player I was playing told me to enjoy my ban after I was unable to revive him, assuming it is related. Been banned 4 months but still playing on other accounts. Need some actual help. Already submitted 30 or so requests to the team to review, and they continue to tell me my account is fine.

If support isn't able to locate a ban on the account, that typically means you're not contacting from the same account that has a ban.
Based on the second screenshot it looks like you're playing on console, is that right?
You should be able to check your connections on this account page. If you don't see your console account listed, that means it's linked to a different EA Account.
If you reach back out to an advisor with your gamertag, they should be able to help track down the correct account and from there look into any issues.
