Im a player from SEA,yesterday i was playing in an unraked match and it in final circle! Then suddenly i got dc from the game and it said i got banned! I didnt hack or playing with glitch !
I didnt get any noti or email ! Now i cant up my battlepass lvl.... 😞
Now after two days i still get banned.I made 2 cases but no ppl reply or email me.Feel very disappointed seriously....
I really need some help!☹️

@EA_BarryThx for replying! I saw that many ppl feel very dissapointed about the customer support~ Hope can get some improvement because i really love this game! Me as a game dev student really feel that i dont want my team have a ToS customer support that lack of quality in future...
