Banned after not playing for months

I just got banned off of Apex after not playing for months out of nowhere. I hopped back into Apex cause a buddy of mine started playing Apex recently and I wanted to play with him. I keep getting kicked out at first and after a few more attempts of trying, I start getting the message "client's game account has been banned". I've never cheated in any game ever on God and on my own life. Tried to dispute twice but came back with decline on the appeal of the sanction and they won't reveal the "investigation" nor explain the allegation. The only statement I've received back is that I supposed have broken the TOS. I find this very frustration. I haven't played Apex consistently in like 3 years if not more with maybe just a few games in between. I've had this account since single digit seasons (can't remember exactly when) and now I'm getting banned for no reason. My password is strong and I have 2 step-authentication. I don't know what's the problem. I think EA needs to check themselves cause their main game is getting hacked live in a pro tournament(ALGS if you play apex, you'd know). The hackers can literally whatever they want with the game right now.  Clearly problem is huge here. Anyone else having this issue and did anyone get it resolved? If you did, how did you do it?

(I looked up this issue and saw that it happened before around October last year to a lot of players also. I'm not sure though if anyone found a resolution OR if EA even gave them one.)
