This account not permitted to play online

Hi guys, in the last week or so I haven’t been able to play apex legends at all on my Xbox x due to “this account is not permitted to play online”. I have restarted the game 8 times, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, checked I’m not banned and I’m not, checked internet, restarted my modem.. every time I try and boot up apex it says this. It’s the only online game I have that’s having connection issues. I play many other online pvp games and play on different servers all the time, not even the smallest bit of lag or connection issues.Anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks
