Sorry, I forgot to mention I play on PS4. though I did look at the link you attached and followed the directions but I’m still getting the error message :/ Again I think it’s just not letting me buy the pack because the already own the pose and frame, but I just want the skin. Also thank you for taking the time to respond. ^^

We've flagged this with the team and they are looking into the error. Truthfully, these investigations can take time and unfortunately, we can't guarantee it'll be fixed before the sale ends. If we hear more we'll let you know.
