Can’t Join a Game/Orientation Match after Cross Progression Merge

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. My connection dropped during cross progression merge and when I logged back in the issue occurred

What happens when the bug occurs? What happens is it prevents me from playing any game. My name and level never appears above my head in lobby and this prevents me from readying up. This leads to a "party not ready" message in the game and prevents me from readying up. The other issue I get is it says I need to complete an orientation match even though I've played apex for years, but even if I wanted to play this game mode it wont let me ready up. These errors are encountered even if I can get past the initial screen in the game where sometimes it prevents me from getting into the game saying my profile is not allowed.
What should be happening instead? Normal game function
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Drop connection mid cross progression I think, I'm only guessing how it occurred.
