Can’t play with friends

Whenever I try to join or invite a friend it refuses to allow me to join most of the time then when I can join the game doesn’t let me ready and will not pull me into the game. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling but it doesn’t fix the issue. My game also seems to crash any time I look at the exp (or seeing RP earned) tab after completing a game.
